Store Manager

We are currently seeking a full-time store manager.

Under the direction of the Director of Retail and Sales, the Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of staff and store performance.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily management of store staff.
  • Hire and train staff.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper staffing of the store.
  • Actively coach staff on products, pool chemicals, water testing, and sales techniques.
  • Lead/facilitate weekly staff meetings to ensure staff is up to date on products, services, etc…
  • Assist with sales and customer service to promote spas, pools, and other products.
  • Manage store inventory through inter-company purchase orders (ICPOs).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage staff and provide direction according to company vision, mission, and goals.
  • Stay current through reading and/or training on products sold/serviced by Fiesta Pools and Spas.
  • Ability to use computers, navigate through websites, use point of sale (POS), as well as use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to use pallet jacks and other equipment to move equipment/merchandise safely and appropriately.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
  • Ability to work independently (self-starter)
  • Prior experience managing/coaching staff and providing direction according to company vision, mission, and goals.
  • Prior experience in a sales position with proven sales negotiation experience.

PHYSICAL / MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk OR standing throughout the day.
  • Must be able to lift, pull, and push up to 40 lbs. at times.
  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities while managing staff and selling equipment/services.
  • Dexterity in fingers to grasp, manipulate objects/equipment.
  • Must be able to multitask throughout the day.
  • Ability to use computer and other office equipment.

Field Service Technician

We are currently seeking a full-time Pool and Spa Service Technician for our 21st street location.

Successful Service Technicians have strong mechanical aptitude, are customer service oriented, and have a passion for learning the swimming pool and spa industry. The longevity of our company offers stability and room to grow while learning a new and exciting industry!

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm
  • Some overtime and some Saturdays may be required.

Pay:

  • $14-16/hr based on experience

  • Install, troubleshoot, service, and perform maintenance on swimming pools, spas, and equipment, including pumps and filters.
  • Perform sand changes and cartridge cleanings.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Company service truck provided, but candidate must provide their own tools
  • Customer Service Oriented – have an exceptional and positive attitude
  • Excellent written, verbal, and group communication skills
  • Possess intermediate computer skills in a Windows environment.
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Fiesta Retail/Customer Service Associate

Job Description

We’re looking for both full time and part time positions Retail/Customer Service Associates for both Fiesta Pools and Spas locations.

Successful Retail Sales Associates have excellent people skills, are able to multitask, and have a passion for learning the swimming pool and spa industry. The longevity of our company offers stability and room to grow while learning a new and exciting industry!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Retail Sales Associative reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for meeting all guest needs during the transaction in order to achieve a positive experience by ringing up sales, helping with product selection, handling returns, and addressing customer questions.

  • Present, promote and sell products
  • Pool/spa water analysis and explain recommended treatment plan
  • Maintain store inventory by stocking shelves and/or completing order list
  • Keep store neat, clean, and organized
  • Complete on-going training to increase product knowledge and procedures

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role
  • Ability to have situational awareness to organize and reallocate priorities as needed
  • Customer Service Oriented – have an exceptional and positive attitude
  • Excellent written, verbal and group communication skills
  • Possess basic business math skills
  • Basic computer skills in order to operate POS (cash registers) systems
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

Schedule:

Employees have Sundays off and one additional day of the week. Saturdays are required. Full time positions need availability from 9 am-6:30 pm.

Part time provides more flexibility.
