Field Service Technician

We are currently seeking a full-time Pool and Spa Service Technician for our 21st street location.

Successful Service Technicians have strong mechanical aptitude, are customer service oriented, and have a passion for learning the swimming pool and spa industry. The longevity of our company offers stability and room to grow while learning a new and exciting industry!

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm
  • Some overtime and some Saturdays may be required.

Pay:

  • $15-22/hr based on experience

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, service, and perform maintenance on swimming pools, spas, and equipment, including pumps and filters.
  • Perform sand changes and cartridge cleanings.
  • Pool openings and closings
  • Plumbing
  • Maintain professionalism with customers and a positive attitude, providing an exceptional
    customer service.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Company service truck provided, but candidate must provide their own tools. Employees have the convenience company-provided service truck. If employees need tools, they may purchase  tools through Fiesta with easy payroll deductions.
  • Customer Service Oriented – have an exceptional and positive attitude.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and group communication skills.
  • Possess intermediate computer skills in a Windows environment.
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Be able to work in inclement weather outdoors, and at times, on equipment.

Fiesta Warehouse Specialist

SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Dir of Ops/Online Development, the Warehouse Specialist is responsible for keeping the warehouse organized and clean as well as delivering inventory to other store locations.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Open and close warehouse, open gates to parking lot areas.
  • Safely operate forklift and other warehouse equipment to load / unload deliveries from trucks.
  • Organize inventory in warehouse and maintain inventory counts and communicate re-order counts.
  • Operate company vehicles when needed.
  • Assemble spa/pool products.
  • Prepare pools and spas for deliveries.
  • Keep the warehouse, bathrooms, and work area clean and organized.
  • Deliver inventory/orders to other Fiesta Pools and Spas locations.
  • Deliver / Install product at customer homes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
  • Ability to take direction from management but also be able to work independently (self-starter).
  • Ability to use hand/power tools to assemble and/or install spa and pool products.
  • Ability to use computer and other office equipment.
  • Current use of Microsoft Office products (Excel/Word).

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED).

PHYSICAL / MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at desk OR standing throughout the day.
  • Ability to work in a variety of temperatures.
  • Must be able to lift, pull, push up to 50 lbs. at times.
  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities throughout your shift and maintain a high level of customer service. • Dexterity in fingers to grasp, manipulate objects/equipment.
  • Must be able to multitask throughout the day.

Fiesta Retail/Customer Service Associate

Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Retail Sales Associative reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for meeting all guest needs during the transaction in order to achieve a positive experience by ringing up sales, helping with product selection, handling returns, and addressing customer questions.

  • Present, promote and sell products
  • Pool/spa water analysis and explain recommended treatment plan
  • Maintain store inventory by stocking shelves and/or completing order list
  • Keep store neat, clean, and organized
  • Complete on-going training to increase product knowledge and procedures

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role
  • Ability to have situational awareness to organize and reallocate priorities as needed
  • Customer Service Oriented – have an exceptional and positive attitude
  • Excellent written, verbal and group communication skills
  • Possess basic business math skills
  • Basic computer skills in order to operate POS (cash registers) systems
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

Schedule:

Employees have Sundays off and one additional day of the week. Saturdays are required. Full time positions need availability from 9 am-6:30 pm.

Part time provides more flexibility.
