Our History

Two partners in the home-building business, John Kline and Doug Watts, founded Fiesta Pools & Spas in 1956. Once they decided to venture into the pool construction business, they attended a conference in Arizona, and they were hooked.

After their pool-building business took off with the oil boom in the 1970s, they later added retail and service components to the business.

In 1984, Kline bought out his partner. Soon, Kline’s daughter and her brother-in-law, Bill Aniol, started to run the business. Kline passed away in 1995, and Aniol and his sister-in-law ran the business until 2005.

Travis Hogan purchased Fiesta Pools & Spas in 2005 and continues as the owner. Hogan previously owned another pool and spa business, so he came to Fiesta with a great deal of experience. Aniol has stayed involved with Fiesta Pools & Spas and continues to work behind the scenes in the role of controller and financial adviser.
