Gunite Pools

Basically, gunite is concrete. More specifically, gunite refers to the process by which concrete is transformed into your perfect pool.

The inground gunite pool is fully customizable in terms of shape, size, and features. In fact, you are only limited by your imagination (and your budget)!

With proper maintenance, these pools are durable and long-lasting, and they will add to your property value.

When it comes to installation, these take longer than any other pool type and may be anywhere from several weeks to months, depending on the complexity of your pool.

Price Range:

  • Our 15×30 Freeform Gunite Pool is a stunning option for those who want a touch of luxury. It includes 400 square feet of decking with cantilever coping and a pristine white plaster interior finish. This pool package comes with two LED color-changing lights, a variable-speed pump, a cartridge filter, and a chlorinator. We also offer a 15×25 rectangle. Your price for either pool is just $59,400.
  • Our 15×30 Rectangular Gunite Pool is perfect for those who prefer a more traditional design. This pool is equipped with ozone/UV sanitation, it features two LED color- changing lights, a variable-speed pump, and a cartridge filter. It’s an affordable option for those seeking elegance and functionality. Your price is just $66,000.
  • Looking for a custom gunite pool that may include a number of special features? We can add custom features to any of the standard pools listed above, or we can design something from scratch. The sky’s the limit with your imagination and wish list at the helm!

The bottom line is that if you want durability, flexibility in design, and customization, this is the pool for you.

fiberglass

Fiberglass Pools

An inground fiberglass pool is a manufactured pre-built fiberglass shell that we install in the ground in your backyard in as little as a few weeks.

The smooth surface inhibits algae growth, and it is very gentle on your skin. The fiberglass pool has low maintenance requirements compared to other types of pools.

Your customization options are more limited because the designs are prefabricated. In addition, expect higher costs than vinyl liner pools.

Price Range:

  • $55,899 to $88,809.
  • The average price is about $71,099.
  • The pricing includes the pool and equipment plus 400 square feet of decking.

Fiberglass pools have slightly lower maintenance requirements compared to other types of pools.

Your customization options are a little more limited compared to gunite pools due to the designs being prefabricated.

The bottom line is this is a great inground pool choice for those looking for an easy install and who have just the right backyard size.

Vinyl Liner

Vinyl Liner Pools

The inground vinyl liner pool is generally more affordable than fiberglass or gunite pools. Its smooth surface is gentle on the skin and less prone to algae growth.

We can customize this pool for you by shape and size, although the design options are not as extensive as a gunite pool.

Vinyl pools are more budget-friendly upfront, but keep in mind the liner needs replacing every 6-10 years. They’re also vulnerable to punctures and tears, so watch out for sharp objects or furry family members!

Price Range:

  • $44,719 to $95,305.
  • The average price is about $75,488.

The bottom line is this traditional pool is a great option for those who have a tighter inground pool budget but still want customization options.

optimum

Semi-Inground Pools

The semi-inground swimming pool offers the perfect middle ground between above ground pools and fully inground pools.

We can partially bury this pool so it blends right in with your landscape. You’ll also find many more options for customization than with an above ground pool.

The semi-inground pool has a higher price tag than an above ground pool and generally a lower cost than a fully inground pool.

This type of pool is a good option if you have a sloped yard or a yard with a hill. In addition, while not guaranteed, semi-inground pools may be more HOA-friendly since they are not “above ground pools.”

Do note that there are limited depth options when compared to inground pools. The semi-inground pool also requires professional installation which is reflected in the overall cost.

Price Range:

  • $18,500 to $38,000.
  • The average price is about $28,375.

The bottom line is that in terms of aesthetics and affordability, you can’t beat a semi-inground swimming pool.

above ground

Above Ground Pools

Of course, this pool is installed above ground. Above ground pools are generally the most affordable pool type. They also involve a quick and easy installation, making them even a great DIY project!

If you move, you can take your above ground pool with you to your new home.

It’s worth noting that you have limited customization options compared to other types of swimming pools, some HOAs (home owner associations) have restrictions on above ground pools, and this pool type won’t add much value to your property since you can take it with you.

Price Range:

  • $6,095-$19,914
  • The average price is about $16,295.

The bottom line is that this is a great choice for budget-conscious homeowners who want an easy installation and years of summertime fun!
